Trailer Bowl Sunday: Super Bowl TV Spots Leaked - G.I. Joe, Land of the Lost, Fast & Furious, The Year One, Up

Another Super Bowl. That means, another chance for companies to spend millions of dollars on advertising for a chance to get a commercial spot during one of the most viewed live annual television events ever.

I, for one, am not the biggest fan of watching live sporting events on television. I do, however look forward to the trailers, teasers, and ingenious marketing ads that are created every year in hopes to attract at least some of the millions of viewers to their product.

This year, there is a whole slew of amazing movie trailers for some very anticipated upcoming films. I don't think there is one that I am not excited about.

I will just cut to the chase here before these get pulled. I have posted a few below.

Read the rest of the story below to see the trailers for:

- G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra
- Land of the Lost
- Fast & Furious
- The Year One
- Up

Three overplayed songs at work that I can still tolerate.

There is a lot of music that is overplayed around my workplace. Mostly because of all the fancy stereo equipment that we get to play with every day. Some music gets re-played considerably more than other music. These are the top 3 songs that I am still willing to tolerate... for now:

amazon

Electric Feel by MGMT

Good groove. Great remixes floating around.

amazon

Just Dance by Lady Gaga

I don't love this song by any means... but its super catchy.

amazon

Panama by Van Halen

Classic.

What are some of your overplayed favorites? Leave me your song picks in the responses below.

Just give the President a phone already.

I am all for it. As long as it is strictly for personal matters. What do you think?

Ready. Set. Blog!

It's Monday. I figure its a terrific day to start posting. So, without further adieu, this is the kick-off post to my new blog.

I have been working on somewhat of a schedule that I am going to sick to when I am making my posts for the week. This schedule is more of a guideline, in which I have laid out a topic or area of interest to blog about each day.

By this, I hope to achieve 3 things:
  1. Keep my blog diverse: By having something different to talk about each day, I can keep the content fresh. Talking about the same things every day could get boring. I would like to keep things frequent but split the week up for discussions.
  2. Follow a routine: I can give my readers something to expect throughout the week. Hopefully, it will give my readers a reason to return at least once a week to keep caught up on the latest buzz.
  3. Stay on my toes: I want to provide interesting / exciting / inspiring content to my readers. I will always be striving to bring my readers some quality reading each day.
I don't expect to stick to this agenda 100% but, I hope to keep up with it the best I can. I will also be providing other posts on other topics that would potentially interest my readers.Expect all sorts of other posts from me in addition to this agenda. So far, this is just part of the game plan.

Here is what I have so far (Subject to change):

Monday - Movement Monday
Tuesday - Two Cent Tuesday
Wednesday - Web App Wednesday
Thursday - Twitter Tip Thursday
Friday - Firefox Friday
Saturday - ?
Sunday - Social Sunday

Like I said, I will try to stick to this agenda the best I can. Keep checking back and watch how my blog unfolds. Hopefully I will be able to provide something interesting to read for many people. This is just the beginning. Check back any time or subscribe to my posts to keep up with the latest rants on my blog.

Cheers!
